What can I find in the online portal for household waste?
  • Locations of the underground containers;
  • How often you have used your waste pass at the underground residual waste container;
  • A link to frequently asked questions and answers;
  • A link to the waste calendar (AfvalWijzer) for 2024;
  • The option to change your password.
How can I prevent being wrongly charged for opening the container?

A container opening is only completed when the container is opened and then closed again. In the case of a full container or a defective container, no payment will be made if the rate applies after 1 January 2025. You can check in the residents' portal whether this wrongful offer has been registered. If this is the case, please contact the Customer Contact Centre on (0297) 513 111.

Can I also use the residents portal via an app on my smartphone?
