  • Monday to Thursday: 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Friday: 8.30 a.m. to noon

During these times, the municipality of Uithoorn is also available by phone.

Making an appointment

For services related to Civil Affairs (Burgerzaken) and Customer Contact Center (KCC), make an appointment with us directly online (in Dutch). You can call us to make an appointment at (0297) 513 111, Monday to Thursday from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Friday from 8.30 a.m. to noon.

Directions and parking

For information on how to reach the town hall, please consult public transportation or a route planner for private vehicles. Limited parking spaces are available at the town hall, and a parking zone is in effect. Don't forget to display your blue parking disc. There is a large parking area behind the town hall where visitors can also park.

  • Tuesday, 10 December 2024: Town Hall closed from 3.30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 25 December 2024, Christmas Day: Town Hall closed
  • Thursday, 26 December 2024, Boxing Day: Town Hall closed
  • Friday, 27 December 2024, Town Hall is closed. However, from 10.00 to 11.00 a.m. the Civil Affairs office in the Town Hall of Uithoorn will be available for birth or death registrations. Other matters, such as passports and extracts, cannot be processed at that time. 
  • Wednesday, 1 January 2025 (New Year's Day), Town Hall closed.
  • Monday, 6 January 2025, Town Hall opens later (due to a staff meeting). Town Hall is open from 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Social Desk (Sociaal Loket)

At the Social Desk, you can get assistance with questions about housing, well-being, care, nuisance, support, work, income, parenting, upbringing, debt counseling, and youth support.

Information and Advice Point Uithoorn

At the Information and Advice Point of the Uithoorn municipality and Uithoorn for Each Other, residents of Uithoorn and De Kwakel can find support, ideas, help, or assistance in the field of well-being.

Financial Café

At the Financial Café, residents of Uithoorn and De Kwakel can receive assistance with financial matters or organizing their financial situation.

If you need help with filling out forms, sorting mail, or advice on debt, you can make an appointment by calling (0297) 30 30 44 or emailing info@uithoornvoorelkaar.nu. The Financial Café is open every Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at De Kuyper (Kuyperlaan 50 in Uithoorn) and every other Thursday afternoon from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Uithoorn library (Marktplein 65 in Uithoorn).

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 16.30 p.m.

Municipal supervisors

Municipal supervisors (municipal enforcement officers) regularly patrol and provide information about waste disposal regulations, dog policies, parking, and environmental matters. They are also involved in outdoor events and public order and safety.

Municipal supervisors work closely with the Uithoorn district team of the regional police. If you have any questions for the municipal supervisors, please contact them via gemeente@uithoorn.nl.

If you need to report something that needs to be improved in the public space, for example about waste, a defective waste container, paving, cleaning, clogged sewers, public lighting or something in public that is broken, please submit a report through (0297) 513 111.

Administrative staff present at the cemetery on Mondays

Every Monday, an administrative staff member from the municipality is present at the municipal cemetery on Noorddammerweg. If you have questions about burial in Uithoorn or need assistance with filling out forms for the cemetery, she can help you.
